Position Overview: 

We seek enthusiastic and analytical Freshers to join our innovative IT company as SEO Executives. As an SEO Executive, you will be critical in optimizing our digital presence, improving search engine rankings, and driving organic traffic to our website and online platforms. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to learn and contribute to our company's online visibility and success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Keyword Research:

• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases used by our target audience.
• Analyze keyword competition and search volume to guide content optimization strategies.

1. On-Page Optimization:

• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs to improve search engine rankings.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance the user experience and search engine visibility.

1. Content Strategy:

• Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords.
• Ensure content is valuable, engaging, and optimized for search engines.

1. Technical SEO:

• Audit and optimize website structure, navigation, and internal linking for better crawlability and indexing.
• Monitor and improve website loading speed and mobile responsiveness.

1. Link Building:

• Identify opportunities for high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites in the industry.
• Implement ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority.

1. Analytics and Reporting:

• Use tools like Google Analytics and SEO software to track website performance, traffic, and keyword rankings.
• Generate regular reports to analyze SEO progress and recommend improvements.

1. Competitor Analysis:

• Research and analyze competitor SEO strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
• Use insights to refine our SEO approach.

1. Algorithm Updates:

• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and updates to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with SEO best practices and guidelines.

1. Content Promotion:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote SEO-optimized content through social media, email, and other channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles, algorithms, and best practices.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong written communication skills for creating SEO-friendly content.
• Ability to adapt to changing SEO trends and search engine algorithms.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest developments in SEO.

AI Tools & Current Skills (Must Work With):

Every VT fresher role now expects comfort with modern AI assistants. You will use these tools daily (training provided):

• Core LLMs: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude AI - drafting, research, summarising, brainstorming.
• Role tools: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude AI, ChatGPT content briefs, Gemini SERP research, Claude for EEAT drafts, AI SEO tools.
• Build prompts, verify AI output for accuracy/bias, and keep human judgement on final deliverables.
• Follow VT AI usage guidelines - no confidential data in public models without approval.

• Salary will be around 25,000 - 35,000 with every Year increment of 10% to 40% (applicable only after completion of the training period)
