Become a Campus Placement Partner

1. For the College / TPO

• The Training & Placement Officer (TPO) submitting this registration confirms they are authorised by their institution to coordinate placement activity.
• All information provided (college name, address, TPO contact) is accurate to the best of the TPO's knowledge.
• Registration does not itself schedule a drive — the TPO requests specific drives (tracks, jobs, dates, student count) from the TPO portal after login is approved.
• There is no fee to register or host a drive, and no guarantee of a minimum number of offers; hiring decisions are solely at Vatsal Technosoft's discretion, based on merit.

2. For Nominated Candidates (future drives)

• Candidates nominated by the college for any future drive will separately apply and provide their own information, KYC documents, and consent during the application process.
• The TPO confirms the college will inform nominated students that their application data (contact details, resume, KYC, exam performance) is processed by Vatsal Technosoft solely for recruitment.
• Selection is based on Vatsal Technosoft's assessment process (screening, exam, interview) and is at the company's sole discretion. Equal opportunity is extended to all eligible candidates regardless of gender, caste, religion, or disability.
• Candidate data will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties, in line with our Privacy Policy.

3. Communication Consent

The college and TPO consent to receive email, SMS, and WhatsApp updates from Vatsal Technosoft regarding this registration, TPO account access, and future drive coordination.

4. Verification

To prevent fraudulent registrations, we verify the TPO's official email with a one-time password (OTP) before this registration is queued for review by our University Relations team. Entering that OTP is an electronic signature under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
