Careers process
How we hire at Vatsal Technosoft
This page matches the live careers system: apply → KYC → shortlist → OTP-signed Terms → exam → optional interview (HR decides after the exam) → OTP-signed offer + NDA → onboarding. Interview is not a required gate. After the online assessment, management may send an offer directly. Signed T&C, offer, and NDA PDFs include your KYC photograph and Aadhaar copies.
How hiring works here
Same path for every published role on this careers portal. No parallel form. Status is always in Track application or your candidate dashboard.
Apply online
Pick a live role, complete the application, upload resume and photo, and accept the apply consents. You get an application ID (VTCAND / APP).
KYC documents
Upload photograph, Aadhaar (front and back), and one extra identity document: PAN or Passport (first and last page) or another government ID (Voter ID, Driving Licence, or similar). Not all three — pick one. HR reviews KYC before you move forward. Incomplete KYC pauses the process. Aadhaar is used only to verify identity (Aadhaar Act, 2016). Personal data is processed for hiring (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). Later signed PDFs print your photo on page 1 and Aadhaar (masked last 4) on the last page.
Screening & shortlist
Recruiters review your profile against the job. Shortlisted candidates are invited to the next step by email and portal notification.
Electronically sign T&C
Read the official training Terms. You have 7 days by default (HR can change this). Reminders go out on the days HR sets (default days 3, 5 and 6) plus the last day. Request a 6-digit OTP on your registered email. Entering that OTP is your electronic signature under the Information Technology Act, 2000. You may Accept or Decline. If you take no action by the last day, the application is closed because no action was taken on the Terms and Conditions within the allowed time. Decline records “Candidate denied Terms and Conditions”. Accept emails a signed PDF and you continue.
Online assessment
If the role has a published exam, you take it on a desktop/laptop from the portal. HR sets the official result (Pass, Graced, or Fail). Use a stable connection; do not switch windows if the exam is proctored.
Interview (optional)
Not every candidate is interviewed. After the exam, HR decides whether to schedule a call or move you straight to offer. If an interview is needed, timings and links appear in email and the portal.
Offer letter + NDA
If selected, you receive the offer and Individual NDA in the portal. You have 7 days by default (HR can change this). Reminders on days 3, 5 and 6 plus the last day. One email OTP signs both together (IT Act, 2000). You must accept both — accepting only one is treated as rejecting the offer. If you take no action by the last day, the application is closed because no action was taken on the offer letter and NDA within the allowed time. Each signed PDF includes your KYC photograph and Aadhaar copies (masked last 4).
Onboarding
Upload joining documents in the portal. HR verifies them. Official letters and payroll details follow confirmation of employment.

- Indian Contract Act, 1872 applies to the offer and NDA. Jurisdiction: courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat (as stated in the signed documents).
