Position Overview:
We are hiring React + React Native Freshers to build web and mobile product surfaces at Vatsal Technosoft. You will learn components, hooks, APIs, and how the same JS skills apply to browsers and native shells. Mentors review every PR.
Key Responsibilities:
1. React (Web):
- Build reusable components, pages, and forms. Use hooks and props cleanly.
- Style responsive layouts. Consume REST APIs and handle UI state.
2. React Native (Mobile):
- Build mobile screens, navigation, and device-friendly UI.
- Share logic patterns with the web team where it helps.
3. Quality & Team:
- Debug, test, and document. Use Git / GitHub daily.
- Join stand-ups, reviews, and sprint planning.
Qualifications:
Education:
Candidates with any of the following degrees are eligible:
- B.E / B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / related fields)
- BCA / MCA
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Computer Science / IT)
- Any equivalent degree with a strong interest in software development
Skills & Traits:
- Basic JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. React exposure is a plus.
- Curiosity for mobile (React Native) and clean component design.
- Hands-on use of ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, and Cursor.
Updated for current hiring trends: AI-assisted coding with human review. Remote fresher / trainee track at Vatsal Technosoft.
AI Tools & Current Skills (Must Work With):
Every VT fresher role now expects comfort with modern AI assistants. You will use these tools daily (training provided):
- Core LLMs: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude AI — drafting, research, summarising, debugging.
- Role tools: GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT for debugging, Claude for code review.
- Build prompts, verify AI output, and keep human judgement on final code.
- Follow VT AI usage guidelines — no confidential data in public models without approval.
