Position Overview:

We are looking for passionate, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Python Freshers to join Vatsal Technosoft's rapidly expanding technology team. As a Python Developer, you will gain hands-on experience in real-world software development, learn industry-standard coding practices, and contribute to building scalable applications across multiple business domains. This role offers a strong foundation for your IT career, providing exposure to product development, API engineering, automation, backend logic, and modern technology stacks used in the fast-evolving IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Core Python Development:

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code in Python.
• Assist senior developers in coding modules, debugging issues, and implementing new features.
• Work on API development, backend logic building, and automation scripts as required.

2. Code Review & Quality Assurance:

• Participate in peer code reviews to learn and apply best coding practices.
• Conduct basic testing, debugging, and performance checks to ensure smooth functionality.
• Maintain documentation for developed modules and updates.

3. Database & Backend Operations:

• Work with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Assist in writing database queries, schema updates, and optimizing data storage.
• Support integration between backend services and application layers.

4. Frameworks & Tools (Training-Based):

• Gain exposure to frameworks like Django / Flask / FastAPI (as per project requirements).
• Learn Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
• Understand and follow Agile methodologies during project execution.

5. Collaboration & Project Support:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX, QA, and product management.
• Support the development lifecycle from requirement understanding to deployment.
• Participate in project discussions, brainstorming sessions, and sprint planning meetings.

Qualifications:

Education:

Candidates with any of the following degrees are eligible:

• B.E / B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / related fields)
• BCA / MCA
• B.Sc / M.Sc (Computer Science / IT)
• Any equivalent degree with strong Python knowledge

Skills & Traits:

• Hands-on use of ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Claude AI for daily work (training provided).
• Strong understanding of Python fundamentals, data types, and object-oriented concepts.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, web frameworks, and databases (training will be provided).
• Good problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
• Ability to research solutions, learn quickly, and apply new concepts effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to clean code practices.

• Core LLMs: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude AI - drafting, research, summarising, brainstorming.
• Role tools: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude AI, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT for debugging, Claude for code review, Cursor AI.
• Build prompts, verify AI output for accuracy/bias, and keep human judgement on final deliverables.
