Position Overview:

We seek passionate, creative, and analytically driven Prompt Engineer Freshers to join our rapidly advancing AI-focused environment at Vatsal Technosoft. As a Prompt Engineer, you will learn to design effective prompts, optimize outputs from AI models, enhance product workflows using AI, and collaborate closely with development, marketing, HR, and other teams to implement AI-powered solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong foundational skills in AI prompt creation, automation, content generation, and applied machine intelligence within a fast-growing IT organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Prompt Creation & Optimization:

• Assist in creating, refining, and optimizing prompts for various AI models (text, image, code, chatbot, etc.).
• Experiment with prompt variations to achieve high-quality, consistent, and accurate outputs.
• Understand requirements from different departments and translate them into effective AI instructions.

Cross-Functional AI Support:

• Support marketing teams with AI-generated content (posts, captions, designs, email drafts).
• Assist HR with AI-supported recruitment content, training materials, and automation flows.
• Work with software development teams to integrate prompt-based workflows into product modules.

AI Content Generation & Testing:

• Generate AI-based content including text, images, descriptions, FAQs, strategies, and scripts.
• Conduct output testing to identify inaccuracies, biases, or errors and refine prompts accordingly.
• Maintain documentation of prompt versions, test results, and performance improvements.

Research & Innovation:

• Stay updated with AI trends, model capabilities, and best practices in prompt engineering.
• Analyze business problems and contribute ideas to solve them using AI-powered solutions.
• Experiment with automation tools, AI APIs, and platform features to drive continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Workflow Management:

• Work with team leads to understand requirements and deliver optimized AI outputs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative solutions for internal and external projects.
• Support end-to-end workflows, from requirement gathering to final AI-driven output delivery.

Qualifications:

Education:

Candidates with any of the following degrees are eligible:

• B.E / B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / related fields)
• BCA / MCA
• B.Sc / M.Sc (Computer Science / IT / Data Science / AI)
• Any equivalent degree with strong communication, analytical, or creative skills

Skills & Traits:

• Hands-on use of ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Claude AI for daily work (training provided).
• Strong communication skills and ability to convert requirements into clear instructions.
• Analytical thinking with a creative mindset for generating effective prompts.
• Understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, DALL·E (training provided).
• Basic knowledge of content structuring, logic building, and scenario-based problem solving.
• Good writing skills for content clarity, tone, and accuracy.
• High adaptability, curiosity to learn AI technologies, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to experiment, test outputs, and refine approaches based on feedback.
• Team spirit with positive energy and enthusiasm to contribute to multiple departments.

Every VT fresher role now expects comfort with modern AI assistants. You will use these tools daily (training provided):

• Core LLMs: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude AI - drafting, research, summarising, brainstorming.
• Role tools: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude AI, Midjourney, DALL-E, AI Agents.
• Build prompts, verify AI output for accuracy/bias, and keep human judgement on final deliverables.
• Follow VT AI usage guidelines - no confidential data in public models without approval.
