PHP Freshers

Position Overview:

We are looking for passionate, detail-oriented PHP Freshers to join Vatsal Technosoft's technology team. As a PHP Developer Trainee you will write backend logic, work with MySQL, build APIs, and ship features on live products. Training covers clean PHP, security basics, and AI-assisted coding.

Key Responsibilities:

1. PHP Development:

• Write clean, reusable PHP for web applications and internal tools.
• Assist seniors with modules, bug fixes, and new features.
• Build and consume REST APIs; work with JSON and form handling.

2. Database:

• Write and tune MySQL queries; understand tables, indexes, and relations.
• Support schema changes and data migrations under guidance.

3. Quality & Collaboration:

• Debug, test, and document your work. Use Git / GitHub daily.
• Join Agile stand-ups and code reviews. Pair with mentors.

Qualifications:

Education:

Candidates with any of the following degrees are eligible:

• B.E / B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / related fields)
• BCA / MCA
• B.Sc / M.Sc (Computer Science / IT)
• Any equivalent degree with a strong interest in software development

Skills & Traits:

• Basic PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL (training provided for gaps).
• Willingness to learn Laravel / custom MVC used at VT.
• Hands-on use of ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude AI, Copilot, and Cursor.

AI Tools & Current Skills (Must Work With):

Every VT fresher role now expects comfort with modern AI assistants. You will use these tools daily (training provided):

• Core LLMs: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude AI — drafting, research, summarising, debugging.
• Role tools: GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT for debugging, Claude for code review.
• Build prompts, verify AI output, and keep human judgement on final code.
• Follow VT AI usage guidelines — no confidential data in public models without approval.
