Position Overview:

We are seeking passionate, motivated, and career-driven Full Stack (Angular + Node.js) Freshers to join our rapidly growing IT team at Vatsal Technosoft. As a Full Stack Developer Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across the entire development lifecycle - from frontend UI development in Angular to backend API engineering in Node.js. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build a strong technical foundation, contribute to real-time product development, and grow within the dynamic and innovative IT environment at VT.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development (Angular):

UI Development:

• Assist in developing responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular.
• Work on components, services, routing, modules, and state management.
• Collaborate with the design team to convert UI/UX wireframes into functioning interfaces.

Code Quality & Optimization:

• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry standards.
• Perform debugging, testing, and UI improvements to enhance user experience.

Backend Development (Node.js):

API & Server Development:

• Support in building RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Develop server-side logic, handle data processing, and contribute to backend functionality.
• Work with authentication, authorization, and middleware handling.

Database Operations:

• Use databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL for storing and retrieving data.
• Help write queries, create schema structures, and manage data flow between frontend and backend.

Full Stack Collaboration:

• Work closely with senior developers to integrate frontend and backend modules.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions for product improvements.

Testing, Deployment & Maintenance:

• Conduct basic unit testing for both frontend and backend components.
• Assist in preparing application builds and participating in deployment activities.
• Maintain version control using Git and GitHub.

Qualifications:

Education:

Candidates with any of the following degrees are eligible:

• B.E / B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / related fields)
• BCA / MCA
• B.Sc / M.Sc (Computer Science / IT)
• Any equivalent degree with good knowledge of Angular & Node.js

Skills & Traits:

• Hands-on use of ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Claude AI for daily work (training provided).
• Basic understanding of Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and REST API fundamentals.
• Understanding of databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong problem-solving ability and logical thinking.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Good communication skills and team collaboration capabilities.
• High attention to detail with commitment to clean coding standards.
• Ability to follow development best practices and documentation processes.

• Core LLMs: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude AI - drafting, research, summarising, brainstorming.

• Build prompts, verify AI output for accuracy/bias, and keep human judgement on final deliverables.
