Position Overview:

We are hiring Flutter Freshers to build cross-platform apps at Vatsal Technosoft. You will learn Dart, widgets, state, APIs, and how one codebase ships to Android and iOS. Training is hands-on on live product work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Flutter Development:

• Build UI with Flutter widgets. Follow design mocks closely.
• Wire screens to REST APIs. Handle loading, errors, and forms.

2. Quality:

• Debug layout and logic issues. Test on Android (and iOS when available).
• Use Git / GitHub. Keep code readable and documented.

3. Team:

• Pair with seniors. Join Agile ceremonies and product discussions.

Qualifications:

Education:

Candidates with any of the following degrees are eligible:

• B.E / B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / related fields)
• BCA / MCA
• B.Sc / M.Sc (Computer Science / IT)
• Any equivalent degree with a strong interest in software development

Skills & Traits:

• Basic Dart or strong programming fundamentals (Java / JS / C++ welcome).
• Willingness to learn state management and app architecture.
• Hands-on use of ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, and Cursor.

AI Tools & Current Skills (Must Work With):

Every VT fresher role now expects comfort with modern AI assistants. You will use these tools daily (training provided):

• Core LLMs: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude AI — drafting, research, summarising, debugging.
• Role tools: GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT for debugging, Claude for code review.
• Build prompts, verify AI output, and keep human judgement on final code.
• Follow VT AI usage guidelines — no confidential data in public models without approval.
