Position Overview: 

We seek creative and driven Freshers to join our innovative IT company as Content Writers. As a Content Writer, you will be crucial in crafting compelling and informative content that effectively communicates our brand, products, and services to our target audience. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Write clear, engaging, and well-structured content for various platforms, including blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts, and more.
• Produce content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
• Technical Writing:
• Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content that is easy to understand by both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create documentation, guides, and tutorials for software products and services.
• Research and Understanding:
• Conduct in-depth research to gather information about industry trends, technology advancements, and IT-related topics.
• Understand our products and services to effectively communicate their value and benefits.
• SEO Optimization:
• Incorporate relevant keywords and SEO best practices into your writing to improve content visibility and search engine rankings.
• Editing and Proofreading:
• Review and edit your content for clarity, grammar, punctuation, and style.
• Collaborate with the editing team to ensure high-quality, error-free content.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams to align content with marketing strategies and product information.
• Content Strategy:
• Contribute to content planning and strategy discussions, suggesting topics and formats that resonate with our audience.
• Social Media Support:
• Assist in creating social media content that complements our overall content strategy and engages our audience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and style.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.
• Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize information from various sources.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts, technology trends, and industry terminology.
• Creativity and adaptability to different writing styles and tones.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

AI Tools & Current Skills (Must Work With):

Every VT fresher role now expects comfort with modern AI assistants. You will use these tools daily (training provided):

• Core LLMs: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude AI - drafting, research, summarising, brainstorming.
• Role tools: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude AI, Gemini for research, AI rewriting and tone control.
• Build prompts, verify AI output for accuracy/bias, and keep human judgement on final deliverables.
• Follow VT AI usage guidelines - no confidential data in public models without approval.
