Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and creative Content Creator (Fresher) to join our dynamic IT company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging and impactful content across various mediums, including graphics, videos, written content, and digital marketing platforms. This is an entry-level position that offers an opportunity to work on exciting projects and develop skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphics Designing:
• Design engaging visuals, banners, and social media posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Ensure brand consistency across all graphic materials.
• Video Creation and Promotional Video Development:
• Create and edit high-quality promotional videos, tutorials, and explainer videos.
• Collaborate with teams to develop compelling video scripts and storyboards.
• Content Writing and Technical Writing:
• Develop clear, concise, and engaging written content for blogs, websites, marketing materials, and product descriptions.
• Write technical content and documentation tailored for target audiences.
• Digital Marketing and SEO:
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and traffic.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) using keywords and best practices.
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital content and campaigns.
• Social Media Content Creation:
• Develop creative content for social media platforms, including captions, posts, and multimedia.
• Engage with audiences through innovative and interactive content.
• Collaborative Content Development:
• Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to produce cohesive and impactful content.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Trend Analysis:
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, content creation, and graphic design.
• Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve content quality and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Experience or familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong writing skills with a good grasp of grammar and storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.

AI Tools & Current Skills (Must Work With):

Every VT fresher role now expects comfort with modern AI assistants. You will use these tools daily (training provided):

• Core LLMs: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude AI - drafting, research, summarising, brainstorming.
• Role tools: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude AI, Gemini for research, AI rewriting and tone control.
• Build prompts, verify AI output for accuracy/bias, and keep human judgement on final deliverables.
• Follow VT AI usage guidelines - no confidential data in public models without approval.
