Position Overview: 

We seek driven and analytical Freshers to join our forward-thinking IT company as Business Analysts. As a Business Analyst, you will be crucial in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions.  Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Elicitation:
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, product managers, and development teams, to gather and document business requirements.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to extract essential information.
• Market Research:
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Analyze market data to provide insights for strategic decision-making and product development.
• Product Market Research:
• Gather and analyze data related to potential products and services, assessing their viability and market demand.
• Contribute to evaluating existing products to identify areas for enhancement and innovation.
• Product Presentation:
• Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to create compelling product presentations.
• Develop visually engaging materials communicating product features, benefits, and value propositions.
• New Business Leads Creation:
• Research and identify potential clients and partners through online sources, industry events, and networking.
• Develop strategies to create and nurture new business leads, fostering long-term relationships.
• Lead Nurturing:
• Engage with leads through various communication channels, providing information, answering queries, and building relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales funnel.
• Business Development:
• Proactively identify potential business growth opportunities and partnerships to expand our market reach.
• Participate in strategic discussions to contribute fresh ideas for business development.
• Process Analysis:
• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
• Propose solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and align with business goals.
• Documentation:
• Create detailed and clear requirement documents, including functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation for clear communication across teams.
• Data Analysis:
• Interpret and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with data teams to create meaningful reports and dashboards.
• Solution Design:
• Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate on system design, user interfaces, and user experience considerations.
• Project Coordination:
• Support project managers in planning, tracking, and managing project deliverables.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance:
• Participate in testing and validation of software applications to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Document and report issues for resolution.
• Client Communication:
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, ensuring client needs are understood and addressed.
• Continuous Learning:
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analysis and IT.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex problems and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in process modeling, data analysis, and project management tools.
• Detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business domains.
