Position Overview:

We are hiring Android Freshers to build native mobile apps at Vatsal Technosoft. You will learn Kotlin / Java, Android Studio, layouts, APIs, and store-ready quality. Mentors guide you from first activity to production features.

Key Responsibilities:

1. App Development:

• Build screens, navigation, and UI with XML / Jetpack Compose (training-based).
• Implement features, handle user input, and connect to REST APIs.

2. Quality:

• Debug crashes, test on devices/emulators, and follow Material Design basics.
• Use Git / GitHub. Write clear commit messages and short notes.

3. Team:

• Work with backend, design, and QA. Join stand-ups and reviews.

Qualifications:

Education:

Candidates with any of the following degrees are eligible:

• B.E / B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / related fields)
• BCA / MCA
• B.Sc / M.Sc (Computer Science / IT)
• Any equivalent degree with a strong interest in software development

Skills & Traits:

• Basic Java or Kotlin and OOP. Android Studio curiosity required.
• Comfort with APIs, JSON, and problem-solving.
• Hands-on use of ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, and Cursor.

AI Tools & Current Skills (Must Work With):

Every VT fresher role now expects comfort with modern AI assistants. You will use these tools daily (training provided):

• Core LLMs: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude AI — drafting, research, summarising, debugging.
• Role tools: GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT for debugging, Claude for code review.
• Build prompts, verify AI output, and keep human judgement on final code.
• Follow VT AI usage guidelines — no confidential data in public models without approval.
